Send heartfelt love and healing out to the entire world! Especially any medical staff caring for the CORVID-19 victims and their families.
What a rollercoaster of emotions this past month has brought! Dread, fear, sorrow, anxiety, sadness and anger. I allowed myself to fully experience some similar emotions after my husband Alan’s death early 2018, until over time I felt more peaceful and accepting of his passing.
This is so very different though as these emotions and new way of being are shared globally. Yet I love how now so many are rising above the emotional downward spiral to step up to help others.
Our own self-care is paramount now so we can be of service to others as needed. Naturally practice all the safe advice that Health Canada recommends for keeping safe and clean.

Nuture your body with healthy food and water.
Nuture your mind and emotions with calm, serene, nature music, try meditation again. Affirm I am safe and protected.
Nuture your soul with expansive experiences that stir a sense of awe and wonder in your being: walking in nature, see sun rises and sunsets, gaze up at a starry night sky, pat a dog, watch a baby smile.
We will get through this chaotic time with a silver lining gift of self-knowledge and compassion for others.
Be well, be peaceful, open your heart…
