I find that whenwe really love, accept and aprrove of ourselves exactly as we are, then everything else in life works.”
Let’s go through a couple of points this week and see how this works for you…
Self love is believing in our own worthiness. If you catch yourself saying “I should have, I would have, I could have” then quickly say to yourself “CANCEL”. I did the best I knew how, learned from it and will do better.
Self love is nurturing your body with love and respect by giving it regular maintenance – you even give your vehicle this so how much more essential is our body!! Nurture it by breathing properly especially during stressful times, drinking plenty of water, feeding it good healthy food, getting enough rest and exercise, clothing and sheltering it adequately and finally nurturing it with loving touch.
Try these for starts and your cells will begin to smile and move towards self healing!
