Feel Better Tips!
Thoughts are energetic things, and what you think about is what you start to bring about in your life. No matter what, you always have the power to change your thoughts from negative to positive in an instant!
Some great ways to do this are:
a) Play inspirational audio programs of self-improvement topics in your car or home and reduce the temptation to dwell on negative things on the news or radio or other media.
b) Put up some sticky note paper with “I am…happy, peaceful, loving, energetic” etc. around key points in your home. Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like if you were actually experiencing this. And every time you see the sticky note, you will actively shift into that positive thought (over time the effects will be massive as you train your brain to be positive)
c) Watch a favorite movie that makes you laugh and smile! Or read a book that truly resonates with you.
It’s important to “feed” your mental body high quality mental “protein” and these steps do just that 🙂
